Re: [SCOW] Mast-head floats, capsize - Flying Scot class forums

FYI. Check with DC Sail on mast floats. They used them my last time out (some time ago.) The triangle float covered at the headboard of the main and shared the sail slug slot. They made hoisting the main very difficult. Bill

Subject: [SCOW] Mast-head floats, capsize - Flying Scot class forums

Hello again,

I'm curious, do any of the SCOW skippers also monitor the Flying Scot class forums?  What, if anything, do they have to say about capsize recovery techniques or commercially available masthead floats?
