(Career Progress) Is Cloture Club the "People's List" anymore?

I have forwarded some event posts from Cloture Club in the past and am getting confused with their focus so I figure I might as well as everyone to chime in as well because this is becoming a lost resource for us to spread our events and hear about others in DC.

They used to share tons of Hill events and other cool stuff from Jazz in the Sculpture Garden to our Progress Parties.

Last month I was told they won't share campaign season events because it would clutter things too much....even though that is something I'm sure their attendees would like to see right now (debate watch parties etc).

Well today the only event I see is their $20 open bar party (I never drink 4 beers at one event or spend $20 on HH so not too useful) in their email newsletter and nothing on their web site if you go to the events section.

Email thepeopleslist@gmail.com if you want the old Cloture Club (with the open event postings) back...and email me to let me know what you said!

Jim
