[SCOW] Mailing List Issue

First let me apologize for the test messages you have received. I know
that you all get too much e-mail as it is without having to wade
through stuff like that.

As you've no doubt figured out, there's a problem with the
<all@scow.org> mailing list. Messages sent to that address are not
going out to the list.

Until the issue is resolved, please use <scow-all@googlegroups.com> in
order to reach the mailing list.
