The T3 Training Committee wanted to send a quick note to let you know that we continue to update a training schedule for the Luray International Distance Triathlon on Saturday, August 18th. The latest addition includes a tab of swim workouts provided by Tom Williams. You may find the tab useful for any race(s) you are training for as there are four workouts per level (three levels). We are using the Luray schedule as a test run to work toward completing a full schedule that includes workout suggestions and the like. We will be working with other team members to bring the workouts to life. Currently we do not have specific workouts documented for biking or running. This process will take time. Our goal is to continually improve the training materials T3 offers in support of your races. The scheduled is attached in its current form.
