[SCOW] Suspect email through Paul Cyre's account

I recommend that you NOT answer the email sent through Paul Cyre's account to all@scow. This is a typical phishing scam and I suspect that Paul's email account has been hacked. the giveaway is that it is impersonal and gives no personal family names and it does not have a greeting to an individual.
