[SCOW] SCOW Reminder - Maintenance Day - Weather report looks great

Hi SCOW,

Are you getting tired of my reminders?  Good news, this is my last email before the SCOW Maintenance Day tomorrow.
More good news, the weather report is looking great with no rain.

Now, a small request.  If you have old small soft towels, please remember to bring a few with you for polishing the boats.
Also, feel free to peruse this document for a list of items that we will try to accomplish - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LVTQr7JnRaaW575kh0GktlMh7tsydEIrI3kRM7D64r0/edit

Remember that our great Social Director Anna, will coordinate the coffee & bagels to help us get the day started and will also coordinate pizza & sodas for lunch.
Meet by the Cranes: Set Up starts at 9:00 AM, Coordination Meeting (with coffee and bagels) at 9:30 AM, Maintenance Tasks start at 10 AM.
If you have any cordless power tools such as drills, etc, please bring them. You never know if we will need an extra one or two.

Also remember about the **MANDATORY** familiarization for Cruiser Skippers Interested in Sailing SCOW's New Cruiser "Hiatus".
At 2:00 pm on Saturday October 13 (immediately following Maintenance Day), there will be a brief familiarization seminar on G Dock for cruiser skippers interested in sailing Hiatus.

The familiarization is MANDATORY for cruiser skippers who would like to skipper the new boat (We'll keep a list of everyone who comes).  Cruiser skippers will not be granted FACES privileges for Hiatus until they attend a familiarization.

If you have questions regarding the Mandatory familiarization, please contact Jonathan Thron at skipper@scow.org.

Thanks in advance for your participation tomorrow's event.

Regards,
Luis Rivas
