| Hi sailors, Please join us at the SCOW membership meeting next Tuesday, October 9th at 6:30pm at Capitol City Brewery in Shirlington VA. We are having a guest speaker, Mr. George Martin from GMCO Maps & Charts. He is the person who updates Potomac river nautical maps. He will be sharing with us what involves to update the charts. This is the special presentation you do not want to miss! Please note that October membership meeting is on Tuesday, October 9th, because next Monday is Columbus Day holiday. Here is the tentative schedule: 6:30pm - 7:30pm Happy Hour social 7:30pm-8:00pm Club announcement 8:00-8:40 Presentation, Q&A 8:40 Door prize announcement Meeting ends between 8:45- 9pm.
