count me in for the savageman 30 too!
i'm bummed i've been out of town every weekend (and this coming weekend too) and can't make the group bike rides, but if anyone is up for a more relaxed bike ride next weekend, i'd love to do rock creek park. (i'm just getting back into it and am pretty slow at present.)

Thanks Dave. If there are no other comments, I will add this document to the website and make it final.UPDATE- With the Easter holiday over, JP and I are working to get the logo finalized. We have narrowed it down to one design and making slight tweaks to ensure it also looks great on a tech t and jersey. Hopefully the last touches for the logo will be completed by the end of the month, and we can have tech t's printed by the beginning of June?Ian, Jesse and I had a very good ride out in Davidsonville last Saturday. A solid 2 hr ride with nice rolling hills. I am at a two day Dave Scott TNT coaching seminar this weekend. Can anyone organize a ride for this Saturday/Sunday?
Judah
p.s. Getting ready to sign up for Savageman. Kathy Hsu is getting a cabin for the weekend. Who's in???

Team: Hopefully this is not too late and people are now ready to get serious about training. Attached is a draft waiver document based largely on the Team Z model. I tried to insert into T3 website, but could not find an "insert file" button.Accompanying this should be the Team Rules and Code of Conduct. While there are legal aspects to those documents, we should get more than legal input into the final versions of Team Rules and Code of Conduct.David

I am working on a 1-3 month task schedule. I think a weekly 30 minute conference call will ensure the operational tasks at hand are reviewed and the stakeholders on this email can provide their input (Logo, Web site, Race schedule, etc...) If people are not available to meet, they can send their updates and comments prior to the meeting. Sundays are good for me, either before 7 pm or 9 pm (Dowton Abbey). This Sunday is Superbowl Sunday. What does your schedule look like before 4 pm?I added a handful of document to the DC T3 google site- bylaws, code of conduct, etc...https://sites.google.com/site/dct32012/team-announcements. I pulled these docs from DC Tri and other web sites. As JP works on the logo, we need to review these documents and customize as needed for the club. Our first telecom on Sunday could be to review these files?

Subject: Tenative Organization
Judah,Can we tentatively identify a team of people to communicate about DCT3?The common names I am seeing in email are:YouCarlaIan MosherDavid KulikTodd BrombergJohn-Paul deLangeJesse KiefferAre there any others that are contributing at a high level at this time? We can vote on formal positions later. One benefit of defining an immediate group now would be to have Goggle Hangouts so that we can have 30min-60min meetings on Sunday nights for example that would allow club communication and progress. We could also use freeconferencecall.com
What are your thoughts? Is there a group of people that has come to the forefront? Do you think we could have meetings on Sunday nights for those that can attend or some other day of the week?Just some thoughts. Thanks,Jesse
