Come to racing tonight. It looks to be a beautiful cool and dry (very rare) summer evening with 5 - 10 kts. The SCA is over at 6PM. We will put the boats in the water around 5:30 and have a brief skippers' meeting at 6. We will be racing in the cove, and I'll try to get off as many short course races as possible, to emphasize starting and close boat handling, and to exercise our knowledge of right of way rules. Racing in the cove will also be the usual assortment of PRSA boats (Lightnings, Buccaneers, Albacores and Lasers), so there will be no lack of excitement when it comes to close boat handling. Please come out, have a good time, learn, and of course be vigilant.
