[Unicum] Spread the word: TheDIPLOMATS rock band is looking for a drummer

Dear Unicum list Members!

As some of you may know the Embassy has had a rock band for a year
now, some of you have probably attended our concerts  This is our
second announcement in several months as our friend and talented
drummer is leaving DC.

The DIPLOMATS rock band is looking for a drummer.

About the band: the majority of the members are Embassy personnel, and
we play easy listening rock music but some funk and jazz/blues songs
as well.

We usually rehears once a week at the Embassy for appr. 2 hours,
mainly Friday evenings or the weekends in the afternoon. If you are
interested you are more than welcome to one of our rehearsals. Please
write an email about who you are, why you would like to join us, do
you have some experience playing in a band, and anything else you
think is important for us to know, and if possible send a recording/
youtube video link etc. where we could listen to your performance (not
a must, either).

an email to Akos Veisz aveisz@mfa.gov.hu by June 15th.

If you are not a drummer  but you know someone who might be
interested please spread the word!
