[Unicum] Magyarora - Hungarian Classes

The nonprofit Kossuth Foundation will be starting up its evening fall language classes in the Washington DC area later this month.  We hope to have a beginner level class for those with little to no Hungarian, and intermediate class that has students with some basic familiarity and an advanced class for those who speak the language but still need some help with grammar and vocabulary or just want to have the opportunity to use the language on a regular basis.  Please reply to this email of contact Gabor Rozsa (chair.kossuthfoundation@gmail.com or 703-380-1308) if you want more information or are interested in joining any of these classes.  Prospective students are welcome to attend the first class to see if this is a good fit for them. 

Also, if you are attending the Hungarian picnic this Sunday in Rock Creek Park (3 pm to 6 pm) at the Grove 1 covered area, I hope to be there for part of the time and will have some information and teaching materials for the classes.

 

A non-profit Kossuth Alapítvány szeptember végén indítja esti magyar nyelvóráit Washington D.C.-ben és környékén. A tervek szerint kezdő csoport indul azok számára, akik nem beszélik a nyelvet, vagy minimális nyelvtudással rendelkeznek, középhaladó csoport azoknak, akik az alapszintű ismereteket már megszerezték, és a haladó csoportba várjuk mindazokat, akik jól beszélnek magyarul, de szókincsüket és nyelvtani ismereteiket is fejleszteni szeretnék vagy rendszeresen szeretnék gyakorolni a nyelvet. A jelentkezéseket és kérdéseket Rózsa Gábor (chair.kossuthfoundation@gmail.com or 703-380-1308) várja.  Az érdeklődők lehetőséget kapnak, hogy felmérés céljából az első órán ingyen vegyenek részt.

A vasárnap délután a Rock Creek Parkban 15 és 18 óra között megrendezésre kerülő magyar pikniken egy ideig én is jelen leszek. Nagyon szívesen állok ott is rendelkezésre további információkkal, illetve a helyszínen a magyar nyelvkönyvek is megtekinthetőek.
