Re: [Unicum]

Hi!

You can find info on police.hu. I came back to Budapest in January 15, at that time mandatory quarantine was 10 days. If you show 2 negative PCR test (you have to upload on police.hu), you can get out of the quarantine before 10 days. The first negative test can be from the county you travel from, but the second PCR test has to be from Hungary within 5 days of the first test. The two test need to be at least 48 hours apart. The police is in charge with checking on people who are in mandatory quarantine. After getting off the plane, you wait for a long time in a long line to speak with a police officer, who gives you a registration number. To go for a PCR test, you need to notify the police through police.hu at least 24 hours before the test. They come and check on you while you are in the quarantine everyday.

We don't have vaccination passport yet.

Quarantine is mandatory for all Hungarian citizens, I think sportsmen and businessmen are exempt.

Best,

Ágnes

Good Morning everyone!

Again I ask about new rules  for entering Hungary in time of Covid. If there is new update.  I heard about electronic passports for people who were vaccinated.
Is this rule for all Hungarian citizens who enter Hungary ?
Where I can check official information?

Thank you !

Lada
