ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced, and highly dedicated Senior Human Resources & Compliance Manager. The Senior Human Resources & Compliance Manager will play an integral role in our continued growth and success.  Under the supervision of the Director of HR & Compliance, the Senior Human Resources & Compliance Manager focuses on benefits, compensation, employee relations, retention, policies/procedures, and special projects supporting the organization.  This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and is able to work both independently and collaboratively, while also prioritizing a diverse workload. This position will be based in the Washington D.C. office location.

The salary for the Senior Human Resources & Compliance Manager position is $82,000/year. This is a full-time exempt position. Color Of Change also offers a competitive benefits package.
