Hi Lada,

 

I was at the Hungarian Embassy on Friday and talked to the Consul.  She says that it is possible to travel to Hungary, but:

-          You need to show a negative test result that's at most three days old;

-          Need to check with transit countries for their own rules;

-          Need to be quarantined for 14 days after entering HU. (This is a very strict quarantine where you cannot even go out to fetch food.)

Hope you are able to make your trip even with these rules.

Again I ask about new rules  for entering Hungary in time of Covid. If there is new update.  I heard about electronic passports for people who were vaccinated.  

Is this rule for all Hungarian citizens who enter Hungary ?

Where I can check official information?
