[SCOW] Selkie back in service.

Selkie is back in service.

I put the large lift harness U-bolt on Ms.Ellie where it fits and the smaller U-bolts are on Selkie and Suzie-Q.

Since I swapped them around, please double-check the lift harness bolts and make sure they're tight before putting the boats in the water.

Since I didn't buy a U-bolt, we still need a back-up.
