[Unicum] JUST LIKE THE ACADEMY AWARDS--INVITATION

Hi, Friends!

From May 14th through the 20th I'll be working on the G.I. Film Festival.  This festival is unique to Washington, D.C. and has attendees and filmmakers from all over the country, including some of your favorite t.v. and movie stars.

Just like the Academy Awards, there are special people invited who will have the fun of being seat fillers at awards ceremonies and film screenings and they have all the fun without having to pay the price of the admission ticket!

Courtney Mesmer, who is in charge of that aspect of the Film Festival, needs seat fillers for tomorrow, Monday May 14th and Tuesday May 15th--each night from 6:00 p.m. until about 9:30.  Each night involves an awards ceremony--Monday for Ross Perot and Tuesday for Joe Mategna who is a star of the t.v. series "CRIMINAL MINDS"--as well as a world premier screening of a motion picture.   Each event costs the invited guests $250.00 so if you weren't a seat filler, you would have had to pay $500.00 for the privilege of attending both.

The only requirements are attire and punctuality and that Courtney put you on the list. (courtney@gifilmfestival.com). 

For Monday ladies must wear a long evening gown (all the jewels you care to razzle dazzle in, LOL) and gentlemen wear either a tuxedo (no sneaking in with dark suits) or a military dress uniform;  Tuesday the attire is business (NOT casual, ergo no jeans, sandals, etc.).

Hurry scurry to reply to Courtney to ensure that there is still a place for you.  People ages 16 and up are cordially invited.  Kindly be aware that if you do not e-mail Courtney and she does not put your name on the list, you will not be admitted to the event.

To reply to Courtney, simply  press  "FORWARD" on this e-mail, type "Courtney@GIFilmFestival.com" into the "To" box and "cc" me.  You have the assurance that your e-mail address will not only be kept confidential but will be deleted by G.I. Film Festival following the events.

You may attend either or both events while there is still room for you.  Also, check out the film screening schedule and buy tickets to this spectacular film festival--www.gifilmfestival.com--which holds screenings all day long May 13th through 20th, so it's convenient to everyone's schedule.  No matter what your work shift, you won't miss out.
