Hey All,

Passing on grief, mental health, and healing resources that have been shared with me:

Resources shared with me by Erika Totten of Wild Seed Society:

At WildSeed we believe that spiritual liberation, social transformation, and economic revolution are all needed for us to get free and that they are all interdependent. So to support those interested on this path out of the system, we are offering the following community spaces led by Sandra Kim, our Spirit Weaver :) All free or sliding scale.

  1. Caring Circle: A biweekly online drop-in space for Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, Desi and Middle Eastern people (aka BIPOC folks) wanting to practice caring for themselves and bearing witness to others - in service of our healing and collective liberation. Click here to learn more >>

  2. Collective Care Pods: A 5-month online course for Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, Desi and Middle Eastern people wanting to heal from internalized oppression and create a caring community around them - for these burning times. Click here to learn more >>

  3. Healing From Internalized Whiteness: A 10-week online course for white folks you're in relationship with, either personal or professional, wanting to do the inner work necessary - to take action in service of our collective liberation from a grounded and humanizing way.Click here to learn more >>
