(Career Progress) JOB: Two remote digital roles at Strategy & Hustle

Hi, I'm to fill two remote digital roles at Strategy & Hustle, a boutique digital strategy firm that specializes in using storytelling to build power for progressive causes and campaigns. 

Since 2017, S&H has run email fundraising and advocacy programs for influential voices like the AFL-CIO, Data for Progress, Other98, Blue Future and Social Security Works. 

Both of these roles are great opportunities to join a small firm that is on extremely solid financial footing with realistic goals and a commitment to good work-life balance as they get ready to take their work to the next level. 

Here's the short version of what we're looking for:

#1 Email Fundraising & Advocacy Director ($100-130k): We're looking for an entrepreneurial digital strategist with 5+ years of relevant digital experience who knows the ins and outs of email campaigning, is passionate about progressive causes and campaigns, and has the ability to quickly draft clean, persuasive and well-messaged copy on tight deadlines.

#2 Email Fundraising & Advocacy Manager ($55-70k): We're looking for a good writer with 2+ years of relevant digital experience who can draft clean, persuasive, well-messaged action alerts and fundraising emails on tight deadlines, and has a fire in their belly to support progressive causes and candidates. 

Both roles also require a strong values alignment. This includes having a strong commitment to social justice, an analysis on racial, gender and economic justice that dovetails with the progressive wing of the Democratic Party, and a commitment to making sure the way you show up at work is aligned with principles of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
