Digital workshop: "Having Difficult Conversations About Race" this September. 

An interactive digital workshop which will take place over three 90-minute sessions. 

Description for the workshop is as follows: 

"Sometimes you know it's going to happen and sometimes it just sneaks up on you. You're just going about your day and BAM! someone makes a comment or snide remark and you have the choice to let it go or engage in a difficult conversation. In this workshop, participants will learn techniques to navigate those moments and how to engage in difficult conversation topics while remaining assertive, empathetic and calm. Through games, role-playing and observation, participants will practice these conversation techniques and develop a personalized communication plan to take with them through their everyday lives."
