Who knows something about the test included in the attachments? Is this a CV-19 test? Can one purchase it in the USA?

I realize that the US being a global hotspot & in the "red zone" of countries as far as travel to Europe is concerned, but what about travel from Hungary to the US?  A friend of mine would like to visit (and also bring my mother) in the beginning of October.  Per his research if a test like he was able to obtain (CoreTest® COVID-19 IgM IgG antibody test) is done 2x in a 5 day stretch, the 2nd being done within a day of travel then one can freely travel to the US (both my friend and my mom have visa) and then upon returning to Hungary a similar double-testing using the above test (also attached) would allow you not to go into quarantine.  Does anyone know whom at the Embassy I could ask to confirm this?

Kedves Unicum Olvasók!

Egy barátom készül az USA-ba utazni Magyarországról október elején.  A barátom szerzett egy pár "CoreTest® COVID-19 IgM IgG antibody test" nevű tesztet (lásd csatolást is) és azt mondták neki a magyarországi utazási irodában, hogy 5 nap alatt mutatott 2 negatív teszt esetén, a második az utazás napján, elvileg gond nélkül utazhatnak az USA-ba (van érvényes vízumuk) és a Magyarországra visszautazás esetén pedig szintén 2 negatív teszttel ki tudnák váltani a karantén kötelezettséget.  Azt szeretném megkérdezni, hogy ezt ki tudná a Nagykövetségen hivatalosan is megerősíteni/igazolni?
