[Unicum] Question re Travel Insurance

An elderly couple, the parents of a friend, are coming to the USA (Florida) for the winter.  Can someone recommend the name or names of reputable travel insurance providers for when they are outside of Hungary?  They are 80 and 90 respectively.   You can e-mail me offline at pagarcia@ku.edu
