Scorpio Entertainment is the recipient of the 2022 Encore Program Grant. The Encore Program engages and supports DC's creative community by funding creative events in all 4 quadrants of the District of Columbia. The purpose of the Encore program is to employ and invest in local talent, event producers, entrepreneurs, creatives, content makers, and District businesses that help sustain the creative economy in Washington, DC and contribute to the vibrancy of our great city.
We are currently seeking performers for the one-day event, taking place in the Benning neighborhood of Washington, DC.
Seeking: small bands (4-5 persons), unique talent (jugglers and hoop artists), singers, acapella groups, dancers, electric violinists, an energetic emcee, and any other forms of specialty entertainment.
