Dear actors, supporters, and fans of Monologue Madness: It is with deep regret that I write to inform you that Monologue Madness 2020 | Washington, DC, has been POSTPONED due to the coronavirus (covid-19) health threat. At this time, Mayor Muriel Bowser has declared a state of emergency in DC and the John F. Kennedy Center has shut down all events through the end of March. The GOOD NEWS is that we have already secured new dates for our DC event. This year's DC Open Call will be on Sunday, June 7, 2020, 10am-5pm, at the Darcy Hotel. This year's Monologue Madness competition will be on Monday, June 29, 2020, at the John F. Kennedy Center. We will begin to reschedule actor auditions on this Monday, 3/16/20, via email and announce plans and procedures as we move forward. I ask for your patience at this time as I reconfigure the DC event and plot out the path forward. I thank you again for your support of Monologue Madness.
