Amazing DC non-profit with focus on research and education is interviewing immediately for an Administrative Coordinator. For this position you will manage the complex interview process for the HR team by creating schedules, sending Outlook invitations, booking conference rooms for panel interviews and obtaining feedback from hiring managers. The ideal candidate will also assist the department director with expense reports, credit card reconciliation and clerical support. Must have a strong "task oriented" demeanor to keep up with a fast paced, ever changing environment and an out-going personality to interface with applicants. 1- 2 years administrative and logistics experience is required.
