ITC's DC UpFront - Special Invite

D.C. UpFront is only a few days away - and tickets are going fast. As we get closer to InTheCapital's first landmark event at the House of Sweden we wanted to share what every attendee should look forward to:

  • A Look Ahead - When it comes to predicting what the future will hold for D.C.'s innovative ecosystem, it can be difficult at times to discern what particular trends and patterns of growth are notable or worth noticing. This is why we've decided to bring the city's biggest movers and shakers into one room to discuss exactly that: what's next?
  • Authentic and Real Conversation - If there's ever a time to drop the typical pretenses of mingling with a group of people, this is it. D.C. UpFront is meant to invigorate the innovation community by dropping the small talk and delving into constructive, pragmatic, and most importantly, authentic dialogue on what is working and what needs fixing in this ecosystem.
  • Tomorrow's Leaders Having a Voice - One of the bigger components of D.C. UpFront is the student entrepreneur factor we've included into the event. We want to hear from the region's younger minds and to voice their perspectives and opinions on what the future holds for D.C. Ultimately these students are the future leaders of our community, therefore their perspectives and sentiment regarding the growth of the innovation ecosystem are paramount to the region fully realizing its potential.
  • Networking on top of Networking on top of Networking - Let's get real here folks, this is probably going to be one of the biggest opportunities to network with some of the most influential people in this city when it comes to technology, education, and policy, so it would be remiss of me to assume people won't network. That's why we're thoroughly encouraging it: network to your heart's delight, just make sure you bring a stack of business cards with you.
