Kedves Unicum Olvasok!

Egy het mulva december 10-en lathatjatok a There was Once... cimu filmet DC-ben. December 10-e egyben az Emberi Jogok Napja. 

Delben a Library of Congress-ben egy beszelgetest hallhattok a rendezovel, ahol rovid reszletek is lathatoak lesznek a filmbol. Ez egy egy oras program. 

Este 7 orakor a DCJCC-ben levetitjuk az egesz filmet. A film utan lehetoseg lesz kerdeseket feltenni a rendezonek, Gabor Kalmannak es professzor Charles Gatinak, akik a filmrol, holokausztrol es Magyarorszagrol beszelgetnek. A moderator, Steve Feldman a US Holocaust Memorial Museum munkatarsa lesz. A beszelgetes utan tea, kave es aprosutemenyek mellett lehet beszelgetni es a rendezovel talalkozni.

The United Nations' (UN) Human Rights Day is observed annually on  December 10 to mark the anniversary of the presentation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I would like to invite you to participate in the Washington DC programs of the movie: 

THERE WAS ONCE...
Mrs. Gyöngyi Magò is a high school teacher in Kalocsa, Hungary. Through discovering a forgotten part of local history, the Jewish community that once thrived but is now non-existent in her city, she teaches tolerance to her students in a country where the extreme right is rapidly gaining a foothold. 
Gabor Kalman, award-winning director, talks about the film and shows clips at the Library of Congress, Washington D.C.
