Incanto will have a one bedroom(616), apartment home coming available on 9/1/21, under our ADU/Work Force Program.
To qualify, the total gross annual household income must be proved to fall between $20,588- $54,180.
The base monthly rent will be $1,463.00 and there will be an annual amenity fee of $270.00 due upon acceptance. The amenity fee can be split across 12 months. We are notifying all the members of our registration list of this opportunity and the first person to turn in a complete application packet will be given a chance to qualify for the home. Please know that incomplete application packets will not be accepted.
A complete packet includes:
· Completed rental application for all applicants over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment (Attached)
· Application Fee of $75.00 (per applicant) paid via personal check, money order made out to Incanto, or credit card by filling out the attached form (credit card fees will be waived for application)
· Signed DC Tenant Bill of Rights (Attached)
· Six most recent pay stubs for all wage earners in the household
· Verification of current employment - i.e. letter from employer on employer letter head confirming employment
· Copy of driver's license or government issued identification for all household members
· Last 6-months bank statements for all household members both checking and savings
· Verification of unemployment income received by any household member (if applicable)
· Year to date profit and loss statement for self-employed household members (if applicable)
· Supplemental income/disability award letters for all household members (if applicable)
· Verification of child support income for all household members (if applicable)
· Verification of alimony for all household members (if applicable)
· Verification of income from investments (real estate, stocks, bonds, etc) for all household members (if applicable)
· Other annuity, pension or retirement income statements for all household members (if applicable)
· Any other documented income for all household members (if applicable)
Complete packets can be returned via a scan and can be sent directly to incanto@incantodc.com. Please keep in mind that large scans may be rejected by the email server, so please divide the information between separate emails to ensure delivery. You may also drop off the application packet to our office at 770 Maine Ave SW, Washington, DC 20024. Once a full application packet is received, the leasing office will begin to review your qualifications. If approved we will move forward with setting up a time to view your selected apartment and execute a lease agreement which will require a start date within 15 calendar days from the first date the Certificate of Occupancy is awarded on the apartment by DCRA.
Once a complete application packet has been turned in, we will once again notify the entire registration list that the home is no longer available.
