Nagykövetségünk szíves figyelmükbe ajánlja a Külgazdasági és Külügyminisztérium Balassi ösztöndíjprogram keretében meghirdetett 2021-es tanévre szóló ösztöndíjpályázatát keresztféléves rendű Magyar nyelvi és magyarságismereti képzésére vonatkozóan.

A pályázati felhívás magyar nyelven itt és angol nyelven itt érhető el. A pályázati határidő: 2020. december 3.

A pályázati kiírásokat külön dokumentumokként mellékelve is megküldjük.

A programról

A magyar nyelvi és magyarságismereti állami ösztöndíj célja a nyugati diaszpórában élő, magyar származású, külföldi állampolgárságú fiatalok magyar nyelvtudásának és Magyarországgal kapcsolatos ismereteinek fejlesztése, elmélyítése. A kétszemeszteres magyarországi tanulmányokra a KKM-ben kerül sor, a KKM Magyar Diplomáciai Akadémia Kft. felnőttképzési intézmény közreműködésével.

A program magyar nyelvi és magyarságismereti tanulmányokat tartalmaz, valamint lehetőséget nyújt Magyarországgal és az élő magyar kultúrával való aktív megismerkedésre is. A magyarságismereti tanulmányok keretében történelem, irodalom, földrajz, néprajz, művészettörténet és társadalomismeret tantárgyakat tanulnak az ösztöndíjasok. A program magyarságismereti tanulmányokból – nyelvi szinttől függően – záróvizsgával, azaz egy választott témából megírt záródolgozat megvédésével fejeződik be. A pályázó vállalja, hogy a tanév végén magyar nyelvből államilag elismert nyelvvizsgán vesz részt. (A nyelvvizsga szintje, típusa és az ennek megfelelően befizetendő vizsgadíj mértéke a nyelvi szintfelmérést végző bizottság döntésétől függ.)

The Embassy of Hungary would like to inform that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) announces that the application in the academic year of 2021 for the Hungarian Language and Cultural Studies Program is now open. The call for application in English is available here and enclosed. Deadline of applications: December 3, 2020.

About the program

The objective of the Hungarian Language and Cultural Studies scholarship is to improve, broaden and strengthen the Hungarian language skills and cultural knowledge of young people of Hungarian descent, who are citizens and residents of other countries (the so-called "Western diaspora"). The two-semester course takes place in the MFAT in Budapest with the cooperation of the KKM Magyar Diplomáciai Akadémia Kft. (a training institution of the MFAT).

The program consists of language and cultural studies and provides a great opportunity for participants to actively explore Hungary and contemporary Hungarian culture. In the framework of cultural studies students learn about history, literature, geography, folklore, art history, and social issues. At the end of the program students take a final exam in the above subjects, defend their final essay, and take a Hungarian language exam officially recognized by the Hungarian state. (The level and type of the language exam is decided by the language skills examination board.) Participants will receive a certification at the end of their studies.
