PLEASE SHARE with FRIENDS and FAMILY!   ROLE DETAILS   Project Description: Pharmaceutical Print/ Anti-Cancer Drug.  SEEKING TALENT FOR: New Orleans Jazz Couples Union or Non-Union Talent Couple, Wife (*Patient), and Husband Age 55- 65 African American  MUST be living together for quarantine regulations   PROJECT DETAILS Rate:  Principle Talent: EXCLUSIVE WITHIN CANCER CATEGORY Principle Talent Shoot day fee: $1,000 (up to 10 hour day), +20% agent's fee Principle Usage: $3000 + 20% agent's fee, year 1, beginning on 1st day of usage (Date TBD) Principle Usage Renewal: Rate for second year at previous year's rate + additional 10%; Renewal rate for third year at previous year's rate + additional 10% Secondary/Extra Talent Rate Shoot day fee: $1,000 (up to 10 hour day), +20% agent's fee Secondary/Extra Talent Usage Rate: $1,500 (Flat) + 20% agent's fee, No Exclusivity All Talent, Travel Reimbursement, client will pay mileage if over 50 miles Shoot Date: One Day Shoot between December 1 - 13, Time TBD. We ask for complete availability and flexibility during this time. Location: Local to Bucks County, PA, Family / Unit MUST live within 2 hours Usage: Territory USA, print, internet, brand website, banners, social media, point of care (in-office) and industrial/conferences, See Rate for Term   HOW TO SUBMIT  YOU MUST SUBMIT ASAP, we are moving quickly!!!
