Bromberg & Associates Translation Agency is currently seeking a native Hungarian speaker to work with us on a project beginning very soon, and I wanted to see if anyone in your network would be interested. I have included more information about the project below, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
The primary objective of the project is to test language localization for GPS systems. Our client is a GPS manufacturer that is working with one of the Big 3 automotive groups, and native speakers of many modern languages are needed to make sure the systems display the language accurately. It is, more or less, a big proofreading project, and the linguist will be working closely with an engineer to ensure proper testing of the system. The job location is in Warren, MI.
The tester should be proficient in Microsoft Excel 2010 and also be comfortable with operating touch screen interfaces.
The project is ideally set to begin immediately and will last roughly 3.5 weeks with full-time hours. The shift will also be from 3pm - 11pm OR 7am - 3pm. This is a freelance opportunity and the tester will receive hourly compensation and those rates will be discussed during the application process. Accommodation, travel and living expenses will be covered for out-of-state talent.
