A DC Political Consulting Firm is seeking PAID canvassers to mobilize voters on behalf of Democratic clients in the DC, Maryland and Virginia Area.
This is a great opportunity for young people as well as others wanting to get involved in local politics.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 17 years old to apply
Physically able to walk neighborhoods for the duration of a four hour shift
Able to clearly articulate a candidate's message while sticking to a script
Able to engage voters in a positive and respectful way
Able to work as part of a field team
Willingness to learn data entry using VoteBuilder software
Previous campaign experience a plus
Vehicle ownership strongly preferred
Salary: $Commensurate with Experience
Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm PM Tuesday June 10
Canvassers must be able to work a minimum of 6 hours.
Start Date: ASAP
All canvassers must have either a phone or in person interview to begin.
