[SCOW] Selkie problem

Hi Luis,

I had Selkie out last night for the SCOW raft-up. While lifting the boat on the crane, we accidentally broke one end off the small black horn cleat on the boom (the one for the outhaul). It is still attached to the boom, and usable if you stick the outhaul line through the gap between the screws holding it to the boom. I wanted to let you know soon as possible so it can be replaced. This looks to me like a Flying Scot-specific part. I’ll be glad to reinstall the new cleat (I’ve done this before on my own boat). Is it possible there’s some kind of spare cleat that could be put on in the meantime?

I’m sending out to all-scow so the other skippers know of the problem.
