I am planning to go out tonight on Susie Q for our race session again. We'll be there at 4, but I know very high winds and T-storms are threatening, so depending on how it goes I might not put the boat in until more like 5... again I'll play it by ear. Plan to see you there for the race info.

We now have a race set for Sunday August 5th evening. 2 boats going out, 3 persons each boat. Meet at the SCOW dock at 4.00 pm. First race probably between 5.00 and 5.30pm, back before sunset (8.00 pm).
I have confirmed attendance with all crew members, and based this on first come first served basis. If you have a confirmation from me your are in, if you don't then why not plan for the following Sunday. It would be great to get a (somewhat) regular group.
I have prepared a course diagram and simplified rules sheet and I will hand out a copy to everyone on Sunday. An important aspect will be developing new skills and given we have 2 boats we can work on how to get boat speed against each other. I am going to bring some beer so we can have a debrief and lessons learned get together afterwards for anyone who wants to.
Whether or not you are confirmed please let me know if this is something you would like to do on a (somewhat) regular basis so we can plan for future weeks.
