When We All Vote is seeking Regional/State Organizing Managers to lead volunteer engagement, voter registration, and turnout efforts at the state and local level in key areas. The Regional/State Organizing Managers will be responsible for helping craft and implement organizing efforts to build community with volunteer leaders in order to register, educate, and mobilize voters. These are temporary positions ending November 30, 2024.

YOUR IMPACT
- Support the Director of National Organizing on execution and management of volunteers and partners (Culture of Democracy Collective and GOTV).
- Manage and support multiple projects related to developing and implementing programming for a diverse volunteer and partner audience.
- Support the management of the associated digital communities and tools.
- Develop training and educational materials for When We All Vote community around voter engagement.
- Oversee and develop a volunteer community in specific state and local key areas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with volunteer leaders within the community.
- Lead regional training and activation calls to build community and plan actions with volunteer communities.
- Identify and plan voter registration events around events specific to your region, as well as aligning with the national organizing program and collaborating with the partnerships lead for that region .
- Collaborate with team members of every When We All Vote program to ensure coordination among different teams.
- Plan and implement get-out-the-vote and party at the polls strategies in your region/state.
- Additional reasonable duties as assigned.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- At least 2 cycles on an electoral, issue, or civic engagement campaign in an organizing role
- Experience managing volunteers
- Experience in digital organizing and using digital organizing tools, voter registration campaigns, digital and in person voter registration, canvassing, and mobilization.
- Proficiency in excel, Google sheets, VAN or EveryAction for data tracking purposes
- Familiarity with managing online communities, such as Slack and Facebook
- Ability to work with diverse communities and individuals with varying perspectives
- Passion for volunteer relationships and community building

SALARY & BENEFITS
The Washington, DC-based salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $77,000.00 (will be adjusted for cost of labor for the incumbent's work location) annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits plan includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees, flexible paid time off, paid family & medical leave, access to a 401k plan, and more.
PROCESS TIMELINE

- May 28 – June 7: First-Round Interviews: Introductory Call
- June 11 - June 18 Second-Round Interviews: Leadership & Assessment
- June 24 - June 28: Final Interviews
- Week of June 30: Hiring Decision announced
