Hi,

The Hungarian Language Program would like to draw your attention to the ReConnect Hungary program that offers various trips to Hungary and Transylvania for those who want to explore their roots.

We cordially invite you to a Q & A presentation on the Birthright Trip that can connect you to your ancestry in Hungary.

Date: January 12, 2020
Time: 5.30pm
Location:  Kossuth House
2001 Massachusetts Ave, NW 20036
Presenter: Jordyn Barone

Please RSVP to shjudit@kossuthfoundation.org as soon as possible.

The next birthright trip will be from June 18 to July 3, 2020. Applications are open until January 31, 2020.

The program provides the gift of a peer-group heritage and cultural immersion trip to Hungary for Hungarian-North American young adults between the ages of 18 and 28 who want to strengthen their personal Hungarian identity through connection to the country, culture and heritage. Every summer, groups of individually selected young Hungarian-Americans/Canadians begin a two-week journey of rediscovery together. They learn about their Hungarian roots—culture, traditions and history—in the 21st century.

Hope we find this opportunity interesting. Come and learn more about the details.

Please RSVP to shjudit@kossuthfoundation.org  as soon as possible.

All the best,

Zoltan Lovassy
