[Unicum] Part-time Nanny

Szia, 

I am Hungarian and live in the popular, walkable Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA (zip code of 22301 and close to historic Old Town) with my wife and two young children. My daughter will turn 6 in October and my son is 3 1/2 and will turn 4 in January.

 

Both children will be attending school 5 days a week this fall and as a result we are making a change in our child care arrangements.  (We have had a full time live out nanny for the past 5 years.)

 

We are looking for a part-time live out nanny for 20-25 hours / week in the afternoons to be with our children after school hours.  Our son goes to preschool until 12pm and our daughter will be in kindergarten until 2:30pm.

 

This special person must be an experienced driver with a good record who is energetic and enthusiastic and able to lovingly engage with the children through creative play, arts and crafts projects, reading, and outdoor activities, and help with meal preparation and children's laundry.

 

We are encouraging Hungarian as a second language so speaking / teaching Hungarian is a strong plus.

 

Rate:

$15-$20 / Hour

$400 / Week
