[SCOW] SCOW Racing - Policy and Website Updates

Hi all,

Just wanted to update all SCOW Members about policy and website updates to SCOW Racing.

If you are up to a challenge, SCOW Members have the opportunity to become qualified Racing Skippers and use the club boats for approved racing. But, SCOW does have some requirements for this privilege.
