As you likely know, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) conducts lotteries to randomly select households to potentially lease Inclusionary Units and some non-IZ units, including some Affordable Dwelling Units (ADUs). This is a notice about one or more ADUs that are no longer subject to the IZ lottery process and you may apply for them directly with the property to add your name to their waiting list.
