I can recommend Norse. I have just come to London from DC, it was 450 to one direction with one 10kg carry-on bag. From London, you can take Wizzair or Ryanair to Budapest for a great price.

The Norse is definitely a low-cost one, but you can "add" everything you want. The basic price (~400) contained only the seat and one small bag. Everything else (airphone for the tv, meal, drink, luggages, etc.) could be bought.
