Good morning,

I pray all is good?

I am seeking an Assistant to work with me in the CAAPA home office (Accokeek, MD), at the CAAPA Cultural Center (CCC) and remotely from your home.  Occasionally there will also be events, galas, concerts, and other activities related to CAAPA.  Yes, it is alot...but trust, it is the most exciting time of my life and could be of yours!!

This position is not for the faint of heart.  Not only, is the pay modest, but you will be asked to do office work, make phone calls, follow up on items, administrative duties, and make sure I stay on top of things. For the most part, you can craft your own hours, but be available when I may need you.  You must also be able to drive at night.

As my Assistant (and partner), I am also asking you to be good at using social media (especially Facebook), use an iphone, work on a laptop, (which I supply), text, email, knowledgeable of MS Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, Excel, Office 365, know what .jpg and .pdfs are, write and compose letters simply from a notion I may have, design a newsletter, edit my materials for mistakes, and have a great uplifting telephone personality.

On top of all that,  you may be asked to act in my stead to speak or represent CAAPA at a variety of different events throughout the DMV.   By the way, you do not have to have any knowledge of opera or classical music...just a love for the arts and desire to give back to our community.

I am not looking for a perfect person...only someone I can rely on, depend upon, and can trust.  If this sounds like something you are ready to take on and tackle...let's talk!

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this request.  I pray you may be ready to change your life!

Fondly,
Terri
