Seeking: Non-Union Talent – REAL PEOPLE
Men & Women (individuals or couples)
Ages 50-75
Must frequently suffer with at least one of these symptoms: - Aching legs
- Tired legs
- Heavy legs
- Cramps
- Leg pain (including when walking or standing)
- Swollen feet & ankles
- Knee pain
- Poor blood circulation in the legs
- Pins & needles, tingling, or numbness in the feet/legs
- (Unfortunately, sciatic pain or neuropathy is excluded for now)
PROJECT DETAILS
Rate: Reimbursement for mileage/time ($150)
PLUS keep Revitive Medic Coach, over $400 value
Shoot Date: 1-day between 4 to 7 October, final date TBD
Location: Yardley, PA
MUST live within 2 hours of Yardley, PA
Usage: Broadcast/ Digital TV Testimonial
If chosen, we will contact you to schedule a time to pick up your Revitive at our Yardley PA. Studio and receive a quick demo on how to use it. Then let you use Revitive daily for 3-4 weeks. Then, we will schedule a day and time for you to come to a location near Yardley, PA to record your testimonial.
HOW TO SUBMIT MUST SUBMIT BY FRIDAY AUGUST 26, 2022. You MUST include all of the following information DO NOT submit if you live more than an 2 hours from Yardley PA - Record a brief cell phone video describing your leg symptoms/problems and how they currently impact your life (physically, socially, emotionally, sleep). Then click on link below and fill out the entire form.

- Must own a Smartphone, either Apple iPhone (model 6s or 6s Plus above with iOS v13 above) or Android (OS v7 and above) and able to install an APP to control the Revitive product. Tablets are not supported.
