[Unicum] Kérdés a szavazással kapcsolatban

Sziasztok, Most szavaztam a követségen és van egy kérdésem.
Előző szavazásokon két boríték volt.
A külsőt lepecsételték.
Most csak egy boríték van és rá van írva a körzet szám . Ti is emlékeztek arra, hogy régen kettő volt?
