On Tuesday, April 8, mark Equal Pay Day with a patio party outside AAUW’s national office.

Join us as we observe the symbolic day when women’s pay finally catches up to men’s from last year. 

(It takes a few extra months thanks to the 23 percent gender wage gap.)

We’ll have a secret salary garden to help shed some light on the salary process and a pep talk from AAUW Vice President of Government Relations Lisa Maatz. There will be a wallet-friendly cash bar (beer and wine) and munchies to enjoy while we gripe — and discuss how to change things.
