Dear friends, I have been asked to join a Persian chef for a culinary night, combining a 4 course Hungarian meal with Persian spices and/or Persian style cooking, called Hungarian-Persian fusion. I will be the one cooking the traditional meals and presenting it to Chef Seb, who will slightly modify them and serve them in his restaurant, Amoo's House of Kabob on Friday, January 31, 2014 from 6-10 PM.
