[Unicum] US-Hungarian short high school penpal exchange

Dear Unicum readers,
One of my friends is a high school English teacher in Gyor, Marta Torda.  She would
like to make a writing exchange project (in
English) with some American students, so that the students learn about each others'
countries, lifestyles and educational systems. This year is an especially timely
opportunity to do this, because it is the 200th anniversary of their school.
Marta has about twenty 15-16 year old boys and girls
who read and write English, would would be interested in the exchange.  This writing
project is very free-form and can be done in a number of mutually agreeable  way.
Many American schools are already done with their
semesters, so this might be done by individual students from the
US, outside their classrooms.
If you are a parent or teacher of a high school student, please consider this to give a hand
to some Hungarian students and perhaps to kindle some interest in Hungarian culture.
The school in Gyor is called Revai, or the full name is Revai Miklos
Gimnazium.  The school  website is www.revai.hu  Their school year goes well into June
If you or anyone you know is interested,  please feel free to reply directly
to Marta Torda at mator@revai.hu
Yours sincerely,
Gerry Williger
