[Unicum] Ügyvédet keresek válashoz USA és Magyar tapasztalattal

Kedves Mindenki!

Olyan válóperes ügyvéde(ke)t keresek az USA-ban illetve Magyarországon, akinek van tapasztalata kettős állampolgársággal rendelkező házastársak válásakor praktikus információval szolgálni.

A fő cél az, hogy egyik házastárs se tudja a gyerekeket Magyarországra csempészni csendesen a másik háta mögött. A másik cél az, hogy tiszán kell lássak, hogy milyen jogokkal rendelkeznék ahhoz, ha a feleségem ezt mégis megtenné.

Úgy akarok elválni, hogy az asszony vihet mindent, de a két gyerek nem az ő tulajdona és nem alku tárgya, mert mindkét gyermek ide született, itt nőtt fel, és ide tartozik.

Minden ötletet szívesen meghallgatok.

GALVANIZE: DC Bridge Fund - $20 Million in Grants

We send documents only with DHL. They guarantee the arrival and the time. Regular mail is uncertain.
