Pál Ferenc Atya Magyarországon heti rendszerességgel tart hittanórákat, előadásokat pszichológia, teológia, mentálhigiéné témakörben. Az előadások tematikája meglehetősen tág, egyszerre érinti a spiritualitást és a társadalomtudományokat: a közösségi és a családi konfliktusoktól, a személyes lelki egyensúly kérdésein és a párkapcsolati, házassági problémákon át a transzcendenciához fűződő kapcsolat problematikájáig terjed.

Pál Ferenc fontosnak tartja, hogy az előadásai mindenkinek szólhassanak: bárki bejöhet, nem kell semmi elvárásnak megfelelni, elég a hallgató nyitottsága.

Nagy erőssége, hogy nem pusztán információkat közvetít, hanem átélhető érzéseket - éppen ezért nem ritka, hogy előadásai után sokan szeretnék megölelni, vagy legalább megfogni a kezét, valahogyan megköszönni neki azt az egyszerre felüdítő és felkavaró másfél órát, amelyet eltölthettek vele. Estjei hívők és nem hívők számára egyaránt nyitottak, és nemcsak felejthetetlen élményt jelentenek, de gyakran az első lépéseket a változás, a megújulás felé vezető úton.

[Unicum] Rozsafa Ensemble and Potomac Band

Rozsafa Ensemble and Potomac Band are performing on May 22nd at the Marymount University, Arlington VA.

Come and see a beautiful dance and music performance by talented Hungarian-American children. Show starts at 4:00 pm. Reception after the show.

[Unicum] Hungarian Picnic Magyar Piknik

Please plan to attend the Spring 2016 Hungarian Picnic. We WILL have good weather!

Held Rain or Shine–Covered Area

(Corner of Tilden and Shoemaker, Metro accessible)

Hungarian students and young professionals in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area cordially invite you and your friends to our semiannual picnic.

Join us for an afternoon of fun, food, and music. (If you would like to play soccer or volleyball, please dress appropriately). Your ideas and support in organizing the picnic would be appreciated. The picnic is free but your tax-deductible contribution is welcome. This will guarantee the expenses of the following picnic. Everything is provided, just come and enjoy! We hope to have activities for kids and adults. Bring a soccer ball. Pets welcome.

- from the Beltway go South on MD 185 (Connecticut Ave)
- proceed South, past Chevy Chase circle
- pass Albemarle Street
- make a left onto Tilden Street- make a right at Linnean Ave (Spring of Freedom Street), the park is at the end
of the loop (next to the Hungarian Embassy).
By metro:
- take the Red Line metro to the Van Ness - UDC station- after exiting the Red Line Van Ness - UDC station, the escalators lead up to
Connecticut Avenue
- head South towards downtown on Connecticut
- pass Van Ness Street and traffic light
- at the next traffic light turn left on to Tilden Street head all the way down
on Tilden, but before you come across a little bridge and traffic light, turn
right (to your left you will see The Rock Creek Gallery and the Pierce Mill, to
your right you will find the Hungarian Embassy, the picnic area is across from

[Unicum] Pünkösd ünnepi úrvacsorás és búcsú istentisztelet

Áldás, békesség mindnyájunknak! Kedves Testvérek!

Mindenkit nagy szeretettel hívunk és várunk ünnepi istentiszteletünkre, mely Pünkösd napján, 2016. május 15-én, 11:00-tól kezdődik. Istentiszteletünk úrvacsorai ünneppel egybekötött lesz.

Az igehirdetést -a gyülekezettől búcsúzó- Nt. Repelik Gábor társlelkész hirdeti.

Az alkalom ideje alatt a gyermekeknek foglalkozást tartunk.

Az istentisztelet után mindenkit invitálunk szeretetvendégségünkre, ahol idő és alkalom lesz elbúcsúzni a távozó társlelkésztől.
