Anacostia Playhouse is seeking to hire performers for the musical production of BREAKTHROUGH written by Verna Craighead Green. Breakthrough is a contemporary two act production about a young man who must decide between the draw of the church versus the draw of the street.

COMPENSATION
Commensurate stipend
Rehearsals will begin November 1, 2022, to be held Tuesday - Sunday evenings to include most weekends.
Performances
Preview dates: November 29 - 30 and December 1-3, 2022
Show opens: December 3, 2022, evening performance
Show run: December 3 - January 8, 2023 (Thursday through Sunday with two performances
on Saturdays)
Special Matinee performances: Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
