[Unicum] Hungarian Dance and Music Week: Nov 12-19

Hello, Mindekit szeretettel varunk…

Koszonet: Bethlen Gabor Alap, Washingtoni Cserkeszek, Maryland State Arts Council es Tisza Ensemble

A tánc szeretetét „otthonról, Szentháromságról" hozta. Táncolt a marosvásárhelyi Forrás néptáncegyüttesnél a táncházban, valamint a sepsiszentgyörgyi Vadrózsák együttesnél. Szülőföldjéhez 1989 után is hű maradt, 1990-ben került a marosvásárhelyi Maros Művészegyütteshez, ahol 2011-ben történt nyugdíjazásáig néptáncosként dolgozott. Már hivatásos táncos karrierje előtt néptáncoktatással foglalkozott. Jelenleg Mezőmadarason, Mezőbodonban, Erdőcsinádon, Székelykálban és Marosvásárhelyen tanít, nyaranta néptánctáborokban, de felkérésekre tanított a csíkszeredai Hargita Nemzeti Székely Népi Együttesnél és a székelyudvarhelyi Kékiringó néptánc- együttesnél is, továbbá a csernakeresztúri szórványban a bukovinai székelyek körében is. Nemcsak Erdélyben, hanem Európában és a Távol-Keleten is elismert néptáncoktató ma is, 1993 óta évente Japánban oktat japán nyelven erdélyi néptáncot, és többször is meghívást kapott Tajvanba és Hongkongba is. Világszerte ismeri a néptáncos közösség, a mezőségi domboktól Tokióig.
