My dear childhood friend--Hugo Trux in the United States--is not party to this particular legal situation. He is  helping out a friend of his in Hungarry who is party to the matter and Hugo will forward the contact information of prospective attorneys to him.

The potential case involves both immigration and child custody law in both the State of Virginia and in Hungary. The mother is taking advantage of both the child and the father.
